Describe the bug
2Fauth displays a blank page right after all existing 2FA accounts were deleted

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Click Manage from /accounts
  2. Select all
  3. Click Delete and confirm
  4. The page is empty

Expected behavior
Should be forwarded to /start
