[FEATURE] Sending a notification when a session is about to start

Add a feature where we are notified when a session is about to start ,
Some other situations when notifications can be implemented are
--> when a race/quali is finished and the results are out we can just click the notification to see the results .
-->Major news stories breakout like a new driver signing etc

I tried some workarounds but it didn't work so for the moment I won't add it, but I will keep the issue open if someone minds to add it.

For a simpler suggestion, how about just send a notification when it's race week (just remember to add an option that turn it off for some people)?

This has been partially added with the latest version: you can add any session to your calendar with only two clicks. So I am closing this for now as I will not add it in a near future.
