Updated NuGet

Hey,
first of all, thanks for a great and fun library.

I was wondering if it'd be possible to get an updated NuGet package? I'd like to be able to use OutputReady() method, which isn't in the currently published package.

I would like exactly the same thing. I know I'm posting this response about a year and a half later, but I am having trouble figuring out exactly what to do to build it myself (which files do I need, do I need to modify any of the project or solution files, do I need to check any of the references after creating it, etc.). An updated NuGet package would definitely be preferable, but I would be willing to do it manually if I just knew the necessary steps so I don't mess anything up and to make sure I don't forget anything.
