Number are different because in the instruction we display the chapter numbering and first chapter is the "setup" instruction.

We might want to try to use a different tag for the setup chapter. See the possible children of book tag: https://tdg.docbook.org/tdg/4.5/book.html. preface is probably unique and we already use it for the description of the exercises document.

I will try to use the article tag as a work around or introduce part.

#16 merge the commit 4197215 that fix the issue.
