Hindisight Plugin would require the following

Hindsight Go Client Library
Ability to deploy Hindsight collector as a container
Golang trigger library that implements the percentile triggers as well as the Queue (lateral) triggers

For implementing the Blueprint pluign, we would need the following

IR Node for the collector as a container
IR Node for deploying the agent in the same container as the go process. This would have to be a separate side car process
Wiring functions + IR Node(s) for instrumenting the server-side of the services that allow users to pick and deploy the relevant triggers
