Input & Output
The Input / Output panel of NeuroMorphoVis allows users to import a morphology skeleton and set the output path where the different artifacts -- such as analysis files, images, meshes, repaired morphology skeletons and even performance statistics -- will be generated. This panel is shown below.
Once a morphology is loaded for a given input file, the output path is set by default to the following path under your home directory $HOME/neuromorphovis-output as shown below.
