What happened?

For checklists where Checklist Type = "Rare, threatened, protected", users who are not Super Admins cannot make this type of checklist private (Access = "Private").

This is problematic when a user is working on a checklist of rare species, but the list is not yet ready to be public. Consequently, the checklist editor must ask a Super Admin to reset the checklist to private every time the checklist is edited.

I'm unable to reproduce this issue. Appears to have already been fixed.
