When a value is entered in the taxonRemarks field, then later the taxonomic name of the specimen is changed, those taxonRemarks may no longer apply to the taxonomic name. Thus, it seems that taxonRemarks should be more closely associated with omoccurdeterminations rather than omoccurrences. They should likely be split up, though I'm not sure where that would put them in the DwC-A.
