We got some nice changes and a screenshot album for once!

Big Changes:

• MvM Money and canteen locations have been moved to below the health to make it easier to see.
• Moved the spell location to be below the ammo.
• Fixed an overlap between the Thermal Thruster and Phlogistinator.

Other Changes:

• Moved the location of the boss health to not conflict with tournament setup.
• Slightly increased the height of Demoman's sticky charge meter.
• Put Eyelander heads in the same area as the other counters.
• Moved damage numbers further right above the ammo.
• Removed Xbox 360 elements
