Ijon

Ijon. A town in the territory of Naphtali, part of the northern kingdom of Israel; conquered by Ben-Hadad of Syria during the reign of King Baasha, and by Tiglath-Pileser of Assyria during the reign of Pekah. Located in the tribal area of Tribe of Naphtali. Other forms include: Dan they went, Jaan. Ijon is also referred to as: Dan-jaan.
