Make REPL-button menu remember last item selected

When opening the menu for connecting or starting+connecting a REPL, a quickpick menu is shown:

Selecting an option here, and then disconnecting, and connecting again, the menu will have “forgotten” the latest choice. This is not how most REPL related menus work in Calva. The suggestion here is to make this menu “sticky” the same way as the other REPL connect menus are.
