Provide access to the current namespace form via Calva API

When evaluating code the API user can provide a namespace for the evaluation (see #2359), but there is no way to leverage Calva's knowledge about which is the current namespace.

We can expose the namespace of a document as well as the ns form, for anyone who wants to evaluate that using the API (Joyride users, probably).
