Standalone connect of shadow-cljs repl fails in some projects

In some projects, I haven't figured out what is special with them, I can't stand-alone connect the the shadow-cljs repl. The nrepl message log shows Calva sending the same code over and over again, getting a no-such-namespace error for shadow.user. Changing the evaluation call to use user instead works.

NB: Jack-in works. But starting the repl manually with the jack-in command line doesn't.
