How about a jack-in option for Babashka?

@PEZ Has done some thinking about babashka integration with Calva.

Gist would be:

  • Selecting this new option would run bb --nrepl-server and jack in.
  • No bb in path shows an error.
  • Port 1667 not free shows an error.
