Limits bar widget display specified range

Limits bar widgets are awesome but sometimes you have a very wide range on your limits. In that case it is difficult to see when you're approaching the yellow or red limit. I'd like a way to specify the the displayed range of the limits bar. Probably using the SETTING option to set the minimum and/or maximum value displayed. Autoscale either end if not given.
