Sort Files in CRC File

The order of files appears differently in the crc.txt depending upon which OS is used to create the CRC. OSX does not seem to sort "Dir" by default whereas Linux does. When various users are creating the CRCs on different platforms, the entire file changes even when only one or two files actually changed thus adding confusion when reviewing changes.
