Incorrect flattening warning

For the following schema:

    "EventSchema": {
      "type": "object",
      "properties": {
        "properties": {
          "readOnly": true,
          "type": "array",
          "items": {
            "$ref": "#/definitions/EventProperty"
          }
        }
      }
    }

Tool gave warning saying x-ms-client-flatten can be applied. In this case looks like a false positive because the property with name properties is an array.
