Better documentation provides a better outcome for the end user, making it understandable and correct.

Description

Discovered a simple transposing of two letters in the word "manifest" in the Contributing.md file
This will correspond to Pull Request 690 specifically: #690

Acceptance Criteria
The typo in the documentation is fixed
