Possible to disable Purview creation/requirement at deploy

Hi,
I encountered the "Error: Purview soft-limit reached in Tenant and Region" listed in KnownIssues.

Are there any good ways to enable deployment of Management zone (and subsequent data landing zones) without Purview?
We are in a testing phase and don't need Purview right now (later on we will for sure request more Purviews),

I couldn't find an easy way to just specify "purview=no", and I'm hesitant to do a larger rewrite on the template.
