In Azure/azure-rest-api-specs#29659, Python SDK status is always showing in progress, however, when looking into logs, it is already done:
https://dev.azure.com/azure-sdk/internal/_build/results?buildId=3951856&view=logs&j=b7f68bce-9df8-5468-1c9f-74766cfc9a39&t=25fc8ae6-51ed-58e2-b772-f4d054412fe3

After analyzing logs, I find Python SDK is actually not triggered because of lack in input data about changed files:

Go/JS/Java is successfully triggered with input data, but Python not....

This issue was caused by adopting a new version of the storage-blob package. We have reverted the version to the old one.

This is the tracked issue for the package in JS SDK repo.
