Description

When using CentOS 79 and cyclecloud-slurm version 3.0.4, slurm command from ondemand are not working

Analysis show that file /var/run/munge/munge.socket.2 was missing on the scheduler.
Restarting munge fix the issue

munge is not enabled and won't restart after a reboot.
