Azure Database for MariaDB will be retired on 19 September 2025

To add some info: the deadline for new deployments is actually March 19, 2024

I guess these concerns still apply #1228 (comment) i.e. with the flexible server we will need to have a separate, delegated subnet just for Azure Database for MySQL.

I don't really see a better alternative

P.S. Some of our workflow solutions require MongoDB and PostgreSQL. Neither seem to be supported by SLURM https://slurm.schedmd.com/accounting.html#slurm-accounting-configuration-before-build
Having separate services for each of these seems rather inefficient
