Ability to adjust Nginx ConfigMap #291

We need to be able to adjust the Nginx ConfigMap. For example, in order to update the https://kubernetes.github.io/ingress-nginx/user-guide/nginx-configuration/configmap/#annotation-value-word-blocklist

It would be awesome if the ConfigMap is exposed like it is in the Helm Chart, https://github.com/kubernetes/ingress-nginx/blob/a9c9a9d51e48f50edd5e8e3084a5c485366ba6c4/charts/ingress-nginx/values.yaml#L52
