What happened? Provide a clear and concise description of the bug, including deployment details.

I tried merging this change that was impemeted in this pull request(Changing the API version)
#945

But even if 2025-01-01 is a valid version(MS Learn, VS Code), I'm unable to deploy with it:

Being able to deploy

Hi @MikaelJcSoderberg, I was able to replicate this issue in a different tenant. I have an internal issue submitted with the policy team to see what the potential issue is and if it is intermittent or only specific to certain tenants. Will provide updates, but in the meantime, if you point the version to 2024-05-01 it should work.

This API version should be available towards the end of the day as it appears that the API version is still getting published.
