Require some insights on running and deploying the application as standalone

Hi Team,

I want to deploy the modules independently like Azure Functions and Azure web apps. If i want to do this what is the start point to check, since i was facing issue in deploying the app in azure functions from batch folder saying requirements.txt is not available if I am trying to publish the code through vs code
