Source generators work, but they can be improved.

  • Fix indentation in generated files
  • Respect the Name parameter of [NpgSql] attribute
  • Perhaps make it possible to pass all other properties of registration methods via the attribute?

- Npgsql enum registration now gets generated at compile time
- Removed the old helpers
- For possible improvements see #83
