As mentioned in #1217 can the JavaDoc include information relating to lifecycle, scope and threading (can @Singleton be used?). It's not clear when it's created or destroyed, how its used buy the servlet or how to obtain AtmosphereResource when message method is called and when @Get and @Post are used as they now seem to be optional.

@dansiviter you can now get the AtmosphereResource when a @Message method is called by adding it as the first parameter to the method. See #1221 for more details. This change should be available whenever the next release candidate comes out.
