Last modified does have the correct information

This is about the definition of "Last modified". It appears that “Last modified” refers only to metadata, not the list. I was expecting to see a field for the list content age, e.g. updated after a re-upload or list edit. In the current state it is unclear.

An audit trail would solve this issue but is not a requirement.

To reproduce

• Open up one of your lists.

Then do one of

1. Edit, remove (and in the future, add) a list item. The metadata tab has a “Last modified” but it is unchanged.
2. Re-upload a list. The metadata tab has a “Last modified” but it is unchanged.

Suggestion

• Add a new field to capture the "Last edited".
• Rename "Last modified" to "Metadata last modified".
