--Hi, again me,

can you tell me if VarDict is able to detect InDel of length ~ 100 bases ?
I know that the Gridss tool (https://github.com/PapenfussLab/gridss) can do it but its drawback is that it generates a VCF that is not very compatible with bcftools and VEP.
