Close Markers File #246

I would like to close a markers file after doing a specific run.

For example; I just completed the Orhpan run, but I can't remove the markers without exiting Burrito or loading another markers file.

Right now this is not possible. But once the xml_converter branch is merged this will be possible via showing and hiding categories
