Page change language do not chenge the url slug

Summary of issue

I have created a pages and its translations, english and italian.
If I visit the paga in english and then I manually change the language locale to it the page content change the language but the url doesn't.

So I will have:

mysite.com/en/terms
mysite.com/it/terms

Steps to reproduce

Create a new page.
Add the translation.
Add the page to the menu.
Visit the page in the first language
Manually change the locale in the url
