Describe the bug

Energy P2P when connected to input output any amount of power it will only use the power available to the controller.

How to reproduce the bug

make energy p2p's move a lot of power and make the system with a me controller then add a basic power cable from powah or any other cable with limited power output. The p2ps will work at full capacity and not shut down.

Expected behavior

the p2p's requesting more power than the system has available should shut the system down.

This was tested on ATM 10.

1.21

I am sorry, I don't really understand your report.
Which energy is depleted here? Why does a controller matter?
