Missing recipe fill button on some recipes for various process in the pattern terminal

Describe the bug

while using EMI, some recipes will not have the button for "fill recipe" when trying to make a pattern in the pattern terminal

How to reproduce the bug

while having JEI, and EMI, look at a recipe that uses the energizing orb crafting from Powah, in the pattern terminal as if you were going to make a pattern for it and see there is no fill recipe button

Expected behavior

the fill recipe button for most if not all recipes to be put into a processing pattern if not a crafting one
