Fill recipe does not add ingredients filtered with view cells in crafting terminal

Describe the bug

When I add a view cell to my crafting terminal, and then fill a recipe from EMI (some new JEI fork), ingredients that are filtered by the view cell will not fill in the crafting grid.

How to reproduce the bug

• Create a view cell
• Filter an item
• Add the view cell to a crafting terminal
• Look up a recipe in JEI/EMI that uses the filtered item
• Fill recipe
  Now the filtered item won't fill in the recipe.

Expected behavior

When I filter my crafting terminal with a view cell I expect the crafting terminal to still be able to fill items that have been filtered from JEI/EMI.
That way I can filter all the junk from my (wireless) crafting terminal to clean it up, but still be able to craft with the ingredients.
