im trying to build v146 mindustry by myself (i wanna change core for server) but got error while building version (v146) i downloaded from github even without any modifications

Steps to reproduce

downloaded v146 mindustry source code, opened it in JetBrains intelliJ IDEA CE and clicked build and got error

• I have searched the closed and open issues to make sure that this problem has not already been reported.
• I am not using Foo's Client, and have made sure the bug is not caused by mods I have installed.

put arc folder near the mindustry folder to build with localArc

or change buildscript to use another repo that has that version of Arc
