[BUG] If grand exchange value is below threshold, but high alch value is above, no message is written in chat.

Describe the bug
If a valuable drop has a value below the set threshold, but display type is to high alch and the high alch value is above the threshold - then no message is written in chat.

To Reproduce
Get a drop where the grand exchange/default "coins" value, price is lower than the threshold but high alch is higher and look in game chat.

Expected behavior
Message should be written if the display type value is higher than the threshold, no matter what.
Might have to do manual drop and value checking instead of just utilising and modifying the default game message?
