Notes:

Apple- and Google pay, does not have any fees on their part, however they rely on a third part payment processor for completing the transaction. These third parties does have fees.

Some good candidates as these third parties seems to be Adyen and Stripe since both of them support both Apple- and Google pay.

Adyen is cheaper per transaction, however has a minimum fee per month. Reportedly 120$ according to third-party sites, not specified on their own site without an account/ quote. Stripe has no minimum fee, but slightly more expensive per transaction.
