Have an actual build process instead of a shell script

Figure out webpack so we can use es6 modules as opposed to having everything in the global namespace and hoping it works out along with having to have those eslint ignore comments

End result of build process will be (based on option): 1) everything needed to make it possible to load teh unpacked extension, 2) packed/signed extension(#36) that can be installed manually as a beta
