Add repo to team in organization when creating new repo

Description
When creating a new repo for an organization, the repo should be added to the team "Service Developers", so that all members of the Service Developer team could work on the given repo.

It need also to be looked at, if a user is not a part of the Owner or Service Developer team, what will happen if he creates a service? Perhaps it here is also or in stead add the repo to the team that this user is a part of.
