Persian string fields cause 422 error

Hi, and thank you for providing this API

I noticed that setting parameters in Persian will cause the API request to respond with 422 - Unprocessable Entity error, which is most probably because of the way you are validating string fields.

Is it okay to use strtolower($string) with Persian characters? [AloPeykValidator::sanitize]
