This setting is like the "remotewebsiteurl" setting used by remote Allsky Websites.

Need to add Website URL to the "Remote Server" section of the documentation.
Also need to update scripts/utilities/comparePaths.sh to use the setting and scripts/utilities/allsky-config.sh to not prompt for the URL.
