[BUG] SUN_NOON displaying incorrect time #4250

Bug Description

the time for noon when being display is close to sunset and not close to 12:50 today not 17:57

Log and configuration files (ATTACH files, do NOT copy/paste them)

No response

This is the only SUN time in UTC time. So it is correct but not converting to local time.

I would assume the Astral python package for calculating the times would be modified to fix the sun_noon. The documentation says is suppose to give it in local time also. A bug should be created for the authors to fix it.

Can you let me have your approx lat/lon and timezone and i will check. I have seen this a few times with Astral

are the calculations that go on the image come from the Python code or the C code?
