[Bug]: silent gear: silky no silking

What happened?

when you make a pickaxe head that has the trait "silky", most notably the brass pickaxe head, and try to break something like a spawner with the pickaxe, it doesnt drop like its supposed to. i thought this was a mistake so i tried breaking ice and it just turns into water.

Can add that the amethyst tip upgrade is ineffective as well.

Also having the same issue of Silky being applied to the tool but it not silk touching ores, im on version 2.10 of the modpack

I had the same bug with brass and amethyst tip version 2.18

Confirmed on 2.36 with the amethyst tip update
"silky" appears in properties but not actually working.
