Allow to create playbooks for specific repos

What problem or use case are you trying to solve?
Devin now integrates information that relates on how to work on a given project or repository, which is autogenerated by Devin and that the user can accept, or edit. It would be great to be able to have that in order to avoid repeating the same mistakes when working in projects in the same repo.

An option to be able to add in the settings playbooks on each one of the repos.
