@MattT2305 can you provide an example where you are seeing this issue? This screen capture was taken from Chrome 116 with the mobile inspector. While the mobile UI isn't great, this illustrates that tapping a link in the left moves the content to the right position.
Describe the bug
Mobile jumplinks do not put focus on correct location - usually about 30px off.
