aider-chat pip release is missing latest model-settings file

Issue

Basically what the title says. I noticed that while working with bedrock/us.anthropic.claude-3-7-sonnet-20250219-v1:0 and it was outputting whole files instead of diffs.

The workaround for now is to fix it using model settings (e.g. in home folder).
