Aider doesn't allow me to stay on old version

Issue

Because of the regression in 0.74.2+ I have to use Aider 0.74.1.
I have no-check-update: true in the config file.
Aider still checks for update and even does a full update, without asking me about it!

Here is my full config:

Can you try below option? I have been using this and it's working for for me.

check-update: false
