Model override does not seem to be working

Issue

I followed https://aider.chat/docs/config/adv-model-settings.html#model-settings

I have .aider.model.settings.yml in root directory of my project. where openi/qwen is configured

However, even though the settings specifiies diff edit format and no streaming, it still configures it for whole edit and expects streaming
