Description

Steps to reproduce

1. Install AdGuard Home
2. Open the Settings -> General settings and make sure the Block domains using filters and host files checkbox is marked
3. Open the Query log
4. Browse some sites until a few blocked requests are stored in the query log

Expected result

Requests are marked as "Blocked"

Actual result

Requests are marked as "Blocked by CNAME of IP"
