Client IP for API (/filtering/check_host)

Problem Description

If you curl on a node which is in a subnet or moreover it has a specific client declaration xou will get a wrong result.

Proposed Solution

Allow sending a specific IP address with it.

Alternatives Considered

Or a specific client declaration name.
